Ive been going to Amanda S. since she started cosmetology school. She always does a great job coloring and styling my hair. My hair doesn’t pull color easily, yet she never fails to get the results i want! I am new to the area and feel extremely fortunate to have found Salon Te Elle Ce! I asked to have Elsie, the owner, as my stylist because she is a certified Redken colorist. I am so very pleased!! Elsie is a talented and very attentive colorist. She gives a super hair cut, too! I am appreciative of all the COVID protocols (including a private "safe" room for appointments for those clients who desire it - I am one of them.) All the staff are friendly and helpful. When we get past the pandemic, I am looking forward to taking advantage of some of the other spa services like waxing, whick they have suspended due to the virus.
